1. Purpose of Sneakmart

Sneakmart provides a website accessible at www.sneakmart.com and www.sneakmart.fr (the "Site") and a software application compatible with mobile devices (the "Application") enabling users to buy, sell or exchange sports shoes, clothing and related products.

2. Purpose of Sneakmart+

Sneakmart offers, via a platform accessible at the following address: https://plus.sneakmart.com/ (the "Platform") the following services (the "Services"):

• Put collectors (“you” or the "Buyers") in touch with brands for the purchase of physical sneakers, clothing or collectibles. (the "Products"), on special launch operations called “drops”.
• Allow Buyers , to become “Sneakmart+ members” and access premium section of the platform called the “Inventory”: https://plus.sneakmart.com/inventory. Within this inventory, buyers can access special perks such as physical rewards (sneakers, clothing and collectibles). Buyers can claim or buy physical Streetwear goods and pay securely with their credit card via a third party provider called “Stripe”.
